Booking Terms & Conditions

Guests must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old to book a room at Grandma’s Wonderland (“Hotel”).

All guests are required to present a valid identification at check-in.

All online bookings should be made with a valid credit card.

Once Grandma’s Wonderland confirms the reservation, the total cost of the stay is charged to the credit card. If the amount cannot be charged to the credit card provided during booking, the Hotel will cancel the reservation.

For booking requests by email, the total cost of the stay should be wired to the following bank account: Account holder: Özgün Gürlen Akbayır; Bank and branch name: Garanti Bank, Silivri Branch; IBAN: TR74 0006 2000 5950 0006 2970 49. If the total amount is not received within two (2) days after the confirmation email is sent, the Hotel will cancel the reservation.

Once you receive the booking confirmation, please check all the details and contact us immediately for any corrections or changes. Otherwise it may not be possible to change the reservation later.

The Hotel reserves the right, without prejudice, to refuse a booking request and refrain from sending a confirmation.

If an extra bed is requested, it will be charged at 400 € + VAT per night, including breakfast.

Unless otherwise stated by the hotel, bookings are only accepted for guests 12 years old and above.

The Hotel may accept children under 12 on specific dates such as holidays, New Year’s Eve, special events, etc. All guests who have booked a room for these dates agree that children will be staying at the Hotel.

On dates when guests younger than 12 are accepted, children aged 0-6 may stay free of charge with their families.

If an extra bed is requested for children aged 7-12, a room rate of 350 € + VAT per night will be charged.

Check-in/Check-out times:

Check-in          2.00 p.m.

Check-out       11.00 a.m.

Guests who will arrive before check-in may spend time at the Hotel until their rooms become available. If the room is available after check-out time, the guests may stay longer.

Food and beverage brought from the outside will not be allowed in the common indoor/outdoor areas of Grandma’s Wonderland, the lobby, pool and pond and their surroundings, meeting rooms and the restaurant. Please contact the Hotel for special requests and needs.

The following date change and cancellation terms & conditions apply in the following situations. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms & conditions.

All cancellation and date change requests should be emailed to info@grandmaswonderland.com.

In all cancellation requests emailed at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival, the paid amount will be fully refunded.

In all cancellation requests emailed at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.

In date change requests emailed at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival, the paid amount will not be refunded and the reservation will be put on hold to be rebooked within one month (30 days) depending on availability.

In cancellation or date change requests emailed at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival, the paid amount will not be refunded.

If the guests leave the hotel before the check-out date, no refund will be made for the unused portion of the reservation.

If the guests are unable to honor their bookings due to force majeure situations such as natural disasters, pandemics or death, the paid amount is refunded within 30 days at the latest.

If health problems arise that prevent the guests from honoring their bookings after the end of the free cancellation period, the paid amount will be refunded provided that a valid health report issued by a physician/hospital is submitted by the guest and accepted by the Hotel.

These terms & conditions are binding as an agreement and will be valid between the Hotel and the guest with the reservation number provided with the booking confirmation.
