Once the months of November and December arrive, it is time to harvest the quinces from the orchards of Grandma’s Wonderland. The jam we make from our gorgeous quinces, juicy and big enough to pull the branches close to the ground and grown with great care without any chemicals, has long been a favorite breakfast staple in the farm.
We now add a twist to Grandma’s original recipe with mastic gum. Try it over clotted cream or butter at breakfast or with Divle Obruk cheese for a great pairing.
