Description
We ferment the harvest of the 20-year-old apple trees in the orchards of Grandma’s Wonderland with the mother of vinegar for eight months and then bottle them without any additives or thermal treatment. Try starting the day with a glass of warm water mixed with spoonful of apple cider vinegar, a pinch of ginger and some honey before breakfast. In addition to its healing properties, this vinegar can also be used in salad dressings and as an ingredient in apple cider for Christmas.
