The home of our old horse Veronika is now the farm’s kitchen and dining area. This is where all the culinary magic happens.
Winery, stone oven, kitchen, wood burning stoves…
All housed within The Barn, a stone building in the middle of vegetable and fruit gardens. Everything is cooked here and served here. This is also where the grapes harvested from the vineyard are pressed and processed and wine is poured into glasses as the mouthwatering aromas of meat cooked with rosemary and thyme in a stone oven gently waft across the farm, letting people know it’s dinner time.
The vegetables and fruits that we use in the kitchen are grown from ancestral seeds in our gardens and orchards and picked just before they are cooked or prepared.
For instance, the eggs we use to make our omelets come from the adjacent chicken coop and the cucumbers we serve at breakfast are picked fresh from the vegetable garden.
Meat and dairy products come from the animals grazing in the pastures of the Thrace region, seafood from the seaside town of Silivri, herbal teas from the aromatic herbs in our garden, vinegar from apple trees and wine and grape molasses from our vineyard.

We organize planting and soil workshops with our agricultural experts.
We make wine at sunset, bake pizza in the stone oven, have bonfires and host various events every month
